Why there’s no contact form
A contact form that collects health information on a marketing website creates HIPAA risk that’s hard to manage well. So every clinical message goes through Headway’s secure platform instead. This site has no forms, so it collects nothing you type and no protected health information. It does record standard technical information such as your IP address, which the privacy policy describes in full.
