Individual therapy
One-on-one therapy, integrated with the rest of care.
Emily provides one-on-one therapy using evidence-based approaches. Because she also provides medication management, therapy sits inside a single, integrated plan rather than a separate track.
How it works
A collaborative, patient-centered practice.
No fixed script. The approach is matched to what you're working on and adjusted as your needs change.
Evidence-based approaches
Emily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Dynamic Therapy, matched to what's most useful for what you're working on.
Collaborative sessions
Sessions focus on understanding patterns, developing coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and working toward the changes you want to make. You set the direction; Emily brings the training to support it.
Integrated care
Because Emily is trained to provide both therapy and psychiatric medication management, she can integrate therapeutic and medical perspectives in a single plan of care rather than two disconnected tracks.
Adjusted as you go
Therapy is not a fixed script. Emily revisits the plan on a real cadence and refines the focus based on how you're responding and what's changing in your life.
Individual results vary. Treatment plans are personalized and adjusted based on your response.
