Your initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Emily reviews your history, current symptoms, and goals, then works with you on a personalized plan. Initial evaluations are typically longer than follow-up visits.

Frequency is tailored to where you are in care. Visits are often more frequent early on and adjusted as things stabilize.

New Leaf accepts Aetna, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Providence Health Plan through Headway. Networks are subject to change. Verify your current coverage on Headway before booking.

Billing is handled through Headway. When you book, your insurance is verified and Headway shows your estimated out-of-pocket cost based on your plan's benefits at the time of verification. Your final responsibility depends on your plan's deductible, copay, and coinsurance.

Self-pay is available, or you may have out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurer to ask about out-of-network psychiatric coverage.
